Upon arrival, I encountered a minor hiccup with the heater conflicting with the A/C. The staff's swift response to reassign me to a different room demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. The young gentleman at the front desk was both polite and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The property boasts a super location, with plenty of nearby dining options and easy parking, which is always a plus for travelers like myself. I also enjoyed the hot tub, which added a lovely touch of relaxation to my stay. Multilingual staff members who were helpful and quick to assist with any request ensured a pleasant experience overall. This hotel is a recommendable choice for those looking for a peaceful retreat with a taste of local culture.
